My go-to chia overnight oats recipe. Soak these oats overnight and you'll get a thick and creamy bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Top it with fruit and nut or seed butter for a delicious and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
2tablespoonschia seeds
1 1/2cupplant-based milk of choice,unsweetened
Suggested Toppings
Fresh fruit
Nut or seed butter
Instructions
Stir the oats, chia seeds and plant-based milk in a bowl or sealable container. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, stir the oats and add an additional splash of milk if desired.
Serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
I recommend eating overnight oats within 3 days and not to prepare them for an entire week in advance.I like to serve mine with half a mashed banana, berries and peanut butter or sunflower seed butter. My favorite milk to use is unsweetened almond milk, but you can use what you have on hand.
