1blocfirm tofu(420g)
2tablespoonsgrapeseed oil (or other light tasting oil)
3tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonslemon juice
3teaspoonsmustard powder

Add all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
