Vegan Mayonnaise

A creamy, flavorful and versatile mayonnaise that's vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free! Use it in sandwiches, burgers, salads and more! This recipe makes 2 cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 bloc firm tofu (420g)
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil (or other light tasting oil)
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  1. Add garlic, herbs or spices to change it up!
