Ingredients
1slicebread of choice
2tablespoonsfeta cheese,crumbled
1/2ripe avocado,pitted
1teaspoonlemon juice
1/4teaspoondried oregano
1tablespoongreen onions
1teaspoonfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF or use a toaster oven.
Sprinkle the feta on top of your bread and bake for 6 minutes. Set to broil for one minute.
Remove your toast from the oven and top with sliced or mashed avocado, lemon juice, oregano, green onions and parsley
Notes
Feel free to double this recipe to make it a filling meal. You can also add one more slice of bread to make it a sandwich or serve it with a salad on the side.Bake them longer if you like a crispier toast.
