Ingredients
1 1/2cupfrozen diced mango
1/2cupspinach
1/4cupfresh parsley
2tablespoonshemp hearts
1inchfresh ginger
1cupunsweetened plant-based milk
1/2cupwater
2-3ice cubes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small.I used unsweetened soy milk in this smoothie for more protein. Feel free to use any plant-based milk.I used spinach, but other leafy greens will work. Just keep in mind that spinach is less detectable in smoothies than other greens.
