This simple mocktail is made with kombucha, strawberries and lime. It can easily be customized to your liking and makes for a low-sugar, refreshing spring or summer drink.

Ingredients
3cupsKombucha (I used ginger kombucha)
1/2cupstrawberries
2 tablespoonslime juice
Crushed ice (optional)
Instructions
In a pitcher, muddle the strawberries and lime juice together to release the juices. You can then decide to strain the strawberries or not. If not, you'll have some strawberry pieces in your drink - I love it both ways.
Add the kombucha and stir to combine.
Serve over crushed ice if desired or simply as is.
Notes
You could also add some mint leaves in the first step for added flavor. I used Gingerade kombucha from GT's. You can use your favorite kombucha flavor.You can double or triple the recipe to serve a small crowd. You can also serve them with a slice of lime and a strawberry (as seen in the pictures).You can add a small splash of vodka or tequila if you want to make it an alcoholic drink.
