1cupMedjool dates,pitted
1/4cuplow-fat coconut milk,canned
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a small food processor, add the dates, coconut milk and vanilla. Process for 2-3 minutes until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. The caramel should be thick, yet easy to spread.
