Notes
This smoothie makes one large serving or two smaller servings. The soy milk adds a good dose of protein to this smoothie. You can use other plant-based milks if you're not looking for a protein smoothie. The oats are used to add more fiber and to make this smoothie a little more filling. You can skip the oats if you don't have them on hand (or if you're allergic). You can use rolled oats or quick oats.
