Building a Healthy Pantry

A kitchen stocked with wholesome ingredients is the start to any healthy lifestyle. Without nourishing ingredients on hand, it’s hard to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. This page will walk you through some of the wholesome foods you can keep on hand to help. This is not an extensive list. Of course there are other healthy ingredients available, but I hope this list will help you get started!

You’ll also find some notes on how to store each ingredient and some tips on how to choose the healthier options.

I also love to note that treats are a part of a healthy diet. Find a balance that works for you. If you feel comfortable keeping treats on hand, then do so!
